These graphic pictures of an unknown man were taken on Saturday, September 19, 2015, at approximately 10 a.m. when the man attended a financial institution in the St. Clair Avenue West and Dufferin Street area. The man in the pictures was using fraudulent identification and withdrew money from someone else’s account
He is described as medium complexion, 20-25 with a medium build. He was wearing a yellow T-shirt and camouflage baseball cap.
