39 Sharron Drive (bungalow at centre) Allan Parkin
Leaside resident Allan Parkin is posting to Leaside Community this week about “box” home designs proposed at knock-down sites near his home on Sharron Drive. The current challenge is 39 Sharron, an original bungalow which a developer wishes to replace. Parkin is soliciting neighbourhood support to have Committee of Adjustment deny the application in its entirety. The meeting is Thursday.
