Efforts to combat the COVID-19 virus around the world seem to confirm what scientists and doctors have understood for centuries. Strict quarantine will absolutely stamp out the infectious scourge if only governments and their peoples are disciplined enough.
Ontario cases now set at 20
Also Tuesday, the Ministry of Health said there are two more confirmed cases of the virus, bringing Ontario’s total including recoveries to 20. A further 45 people are under investigation. The cases are in the GTA and were diagnosed in two people who recently returned from Iran and Egypt. Both are in self-isolation.
