Morphine among stolen drugs

Police are warning the public this Sunday about the theft of stolen medication taken in a backpack in the area of Walmer Road and Kendal Avenue. There were between 14 and 35 pills including Suboxone 2 mg, Suboxone 8 m, Xanax 60 mg, Morphine 60 mg, Morphine 30 mg, Morphine 25 mg and Temazepam (dosage unknown). The drugs could be harmful or fatal if ingested, especially to children.

C-19 testing at 1081 Pape starting Monday

The C-19 test clinic will open Monday at 1081 Pape Ave. in the East York Community Centre. Its hours are Sunday through Wednesday from 1 p.m. until 7 p.m. until at least November 25. East York Chronicle
