The Federation of North Toronto Residents’ Associations (FoNTRA) has sent a notice to Sherwood Park residents to alert them of all the large development projects coming to the Sherwood Park area adjacent to Eglinton and to Bayview.

This is in addition to active projects on the other side of Eglinton and Bayview like 589 Eglinton (SEDRA) and 1837-45 Bayview (LRA) and the 1779-1787 Bayview – Leaside LRT station overbuild.
Seems like Metrolinx needs to get their act together and get that LRT completed ASAP in order to accommodate all the people that will be moving to the Eglinton Avenue corridor.
