Stompin’ good time at the Mt Pleasant Village Harvest Fair

The 2023 Mount Pleasant Village Harvest Fair proved to be a stompin’ good time for everyone in attendance. The event, brimming with a festive fall atmosphere, offered a variety of activities and entertainment for all ages. Children had a blast jumping around in the bouncy castle while the streets echoed with live music from multiple bands and performers. Happy Feet Dance & Fitness kept the kids entertained with energetic dance activities, accompanied by a DJ spinning catchy tunes. Even the furry family members were not left out, as a “puppuccino cafe” catered to their needs. Free popcorn and balloon animals added to the merriment. Shoppers had the opportunity to explore a sidewalk sale, while games and activities kept the kids engaged throughout the day. Storytime sessions and pumpkin decorating added a touch of creativity to the event, making it a wonderful community gathering for all to enjoy.

SEDRA returns to the Mount Pleasant Village Harvest Fair

The South Eglinton Davisville Residents’ Association (SEDRA) made a welcomed return to the 12th Annual Mount Pleasant Village Harvest Fair, hosting their well-received information booth.

SEDRA had many visitors to their booth including the Hon. Carolyn Bennett and the Hon. Rob Oliphant who spent time reviewing the 48 new developments in our neighbourhood. SEDRA presented a map showing the planned developments in 3D and the map garnered attention from the many visitors to the SEDRA booth.

Jane Auster, Co-president of SEDRA, attended the booth and provided a guided tour of the growing 3D neighbourhood.
