Smoke was rolling across the sky Sunday morning from an auto storage or scrapyard fire on Union Street in the west end. For all the smoke however the fire service did not declare alarms for this fire. It was easily handled. TFS sources identify the location as Stark Auto at 160 Union. Union is in the Stockyard District north of St. Clair beside the rail line. The firm is next door to Auto World Auto Wreckers. No one has been hurt and the fire is now under control.
