Utility crews have been busy installing new poles and electrical equipment between Bayview Avenue and Glenavy Avenue over the past week, as captured in this reader-submitted photo. The work comes as numerous high-rise developments are proposed for the surrounding area.
There is certainly plenty of development proposed nearby. Plans include towers of 25 storeys at 1837 Bayview Avenue, 36 storeys at 17 Glenavy Avenue and 46 storeys at 1802 Bayview Avenue, among others.
